How to cancel your YakProject subscription

You can cancel from Plan and billing at any time. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Before you start

  • Account owner
  • A paid subscription

Cancel a paid plan. You keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

In Plan and billing, your subscription shows its next renewal date. Select Cancel subscription, then confirm.

Billing now shows the date your access continues until. To undo it before then, select Keep subscription.

Steps

    In Plan & billing, find your subscription and select Cancel subscription, then confirm.

  2. Check the end date ▶ 0:14

    Billing shows Access continues until and the date. Select Keep subscription to undo the cancellation.
