Getting started
- 1Create a job
Every daily log, photo, punch item and timecard in YakProject belongs to a job.
- 2Add a team member to a job
People only see the jobs they belong to, and their role on each job decides what they can do there.
- 3Record a daily log
The daily log is the job's record of who was on site and what got done.
- 4Capture site photos
Photos settle arguments about what was done and when.
- 5Complete a day's log
Completing the day locks the log and records who vouched for it, so the job has a dependable record if a delay or claim comes up later.
Set up a job
Create the job and give the right people access.
Record the day
Keep daily logs and photo evidence, and complete each day.
Fix problems on site

Track crew time

Keep the job moving

Connect your systems
Send data to accounting and reporting tools.
