Request deletion of your YakProject account
YakProject is operated by Yakware, Ltd.
Email support@yakware.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “YakProject account deletion request”. Include your account or organization name and state whether you want your YakProject access or your shared Yakware identity deleted. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or sensitive project records.
Support verifies your identity and coordinates removal of your account access and associated personal data. A shared Yakware identity may also be used by other products; identify the scope of your request so support can explain its effect on that access. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your server account.
Records that may be retained
Project records, immutable revisions, time/payroll records, safety records, and audit history may be retained where contractual obligations, account retention rules, or legal holds require it. Message history follows the seven-year project retention rule unless an account policy is stricter. Support can explain which records remain and the retention requirements that apply to your request.
