Safety

Show an inspector, not a binder.

Inspections with corrective actions, toolbox talks signed on the crew's phones, a chemical register started from a photo of the label, and possible hazards from job photos, raised for a person to check.

No card to start · one job free · subcontractors and viewers are free · everything exports as PDF or CSV

A site inspection with two failed items.
Inspections

Checklists that open corrective actions.

Versioned checklist templates, performed on the phone with photos. A failed item opens a corrective action with an owner and a due date, and incidents and near misses become safety cases.

Toolbox talks

Bilingual toolbox talks with signatures.

Pick a topic from the English and Spanish library, schedule it, run it, and collect each attendee's signature on their phone or by link. The attendance record is immutable and prints or exports as CSV.

SDS and chemical register

Start a register entry from a photo of the label.

Photograph a container label or an SDS page, or upload the SDS PDF. YakProject reads the product, signal word, hazard and precautionary codes, pictograms and CAS numbers into a draft, checks them (CAS check digits, the GHS code lists) and finds the SDS. A person checks the draft before it is saved.

  • Flags workplace labels missing required elements, as a warning to review.
  • Flags job photos that show a chemical the register does not have.

Plans: Company and Business

Hazards from photos

Possible hazards, raised for a person to review.

Job photos can be checked for possible hazards such as an unguarded opening. Each one is a suggestion a safety manager accepts or dismisses; nothing changes until they do. It is advisory and does not replace your inspections.

  • No face recognition and no identification of people: findings have no person fields.
  • Descriptions that mention a personal characteristic are replaced by the hazard label.

Plans: Company and Business

Possible hazards waiting for review.

Questions contractors ask

Does the hazard check replace a competent person?

No. It suggests possible hazards from photos for a person to review. Your inspections, competent persons and safety program stay in charge.

Does it recognise faces?

No. Photo features in YakProject do not identify people and use no biometrics.

Which toolbox talk topics are there?

Open edges, ladders, struck-by, electrical, heat, silica, excavations, PPE, noise, tools, scaffolds and manual handling, each in English and Spanish and linked to the OSHA resource it is based on.
