One day on a job, in four screens.
No video and no form to fill in. Follow one day on Riverside Phase 2, an illustrative job, from the first clock-in to the pay application. Each screen below is drawn from the real one.

6:58 am · Step 1 of 4
The foreman clocks the crew in.
On one phone, the foreman picks who is on site and the cost code they're starting on. If there's no signal at the gate, the punches wait on the phone and send later. Workers can also clock themselves in, or use a kiosk on a shared device.
- Hours land on cost codes, so job cost and payroll don't need retyping.
- Breaks and overtime follow the job's time policy.

Through the day · Step 2 of 4
Photos file themselves by place.
Photos from the phone land on the building, level and area, and on the drawing sheet. A superintendent marks one up with an arrow; the original is kept. A failed inspection item gets its photo and a corrective action.
- Compare the same spot with last month's photo.
- Share a photo set by link with someone outside the job.

4:30 pm · Step 3 of 4
The daily report is mostly written already.
Manpower comes from the clock, quantities from what the crew entered, deliveries and inspections from the day's records, and subcontractors' hours from what they sent. The superintendent checks it, adds the narrative and certifies it.
- It won't submit with a required section empty.
- Every revision is kept, with who signed and when.
A certified daily report. -
Month end · Step 4 of 4
The pay application is built from the same record.
The project manager opens this month's application on the schedule of values. Subcontractors' approved applications have already rolled in, each with its signed conditional lien waiver. The totals recompute from the lines, and the owner sees the published application on the portal.
- Retainage by line, with step-downs.
- Approved change orders are lines on the owner SOV.
Plans: Owner pay applications are on the Business plan; subcontractors bill their GCs on Company.
